This is the Order Information Page. There is a lot of information here, to help you order our products with minimum hassles. Please read through all of it, so you don't miss important information.

Our current "Fill and Ship" time is now about 6 weeks. The reason for that is because I am a one man band. When the term "We" is used on this site or in conversation, it is refering to the friends and family that come by to "help out" from time to time. I feel they deserve some form of recognition for their hard work. That doesn't change the fact that I still do all the work myself......

That said, please bear in mind that when ordering, we/I ask that you would hold off on making inquiries about your order until after the 6 week period. If I contact you prior, that's different. As much as I'd like to spend lots of time doing the email shuffle, I don't have that luxury.

California State Sales Tax reinstated Starting January 1, 2004, all California residents are required to add in California State Sales Tax. If you do not know your particular County State Sales Tax, then you will have to email us and tell us what county you are in, so we can look it up for you. We have been paying the sales tax for you since we started in 2000, but now the paperwork is getting to be too much of a hastle and so we are reinstating the Sales Tax. Orders will not be processed unless the Tax is added in. No exceptions. This affects California residence only. (If you send a check or money order, and do not add in the sales tax, your order will be delayed until the tax amount can be credited to your order. We apologize for this inconvienience, but it's the law.) We have a new order form! We also have a Phone number! Phone: 714-892-4022 Our order form is now a PDF file. If you have Adobe Acrobat, click on the link and download the form. It is a big file, so, you can alternately right click on the PDF link, and save it to your hard drive. From there you can print it out. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, you can download the Reader software for free at: www.adobe.com You can even call us with your credit card information. That'll work too! Do not email credit card information to us. Sorry, no International Credit Cards yet. Our new Phone number is 714-892-4022.


Patience is a virtue Due to our lack of storage space, our fill and ship time is 6 weeks. This is from the time we receive either your FAX, PayPal payment notification, or your letter with payment enclosed, to the time we ship it. (This does not mean that if you email us and say, "Hey, checks in the mail." that at that point in time the clock starts running..it's when we receive the "check".) We do not have much room for stock on hand, so we try to fill orders as fast as we get them in. Please be aware that if you send us snail mail, your letter may take about 4-6 days to get to us. Which means you need to add those few extra days onto your wait time.


With the new postage rates in effect as of June 30, 2002, we have had to make some changes to our shipping. International customers will still send us an email for a shipping quote. US customers should check the new Shipping Page for further information.


There are three (3) ways you can pay for your goodies.

BEFORE YOU ORDER YOU MUST CHECK THE NEW SHIPPING RATE PAGE
The NEW shipping information will help you to figure out just how much your shipping will be.
Also there is an example of an order, using a special or a sale.


All personal checks, (US folks only), International Money Orders, and money orders, must be made out to: DLD Productions Sorry about the really obnoxious color scheme, but needs to stand out.


#1: You can mail your order by using the new PDF ORDER FORM. (Please follow the above instructions for printing the PDF order form.) Once you've printed it out, fill it out. Then send money order, personal imprinted check, or international money order to the address on the form. Be sure the above forms of payment has been made out to: DLD Productions This will prevent a delay in your order. (All funds must be in US only)


#2: You can use PAYPAL to pay for your order. PAYPAL is a secure holding house for people that want to use credit cards on the internet. EBay uses PAYPAL. PAYPAL places the funds that you allocate to our account into a holding account, and charge your card as normal for any business transaction. It's free to you. PAYPAL uses the interest off of the funds placed in the holding account. The money stays there until we request it. PAYPAL just uses the interest off of the money that sits in the account. That's why it's free. NO charge. No hassle. No kidding! Using the "new PDF ORDER FORM" ,(See instructions above.), as a working example, fill out your order. Then, total your order up, including shipping and then click on the PayPal link below. Don't forget to send us a detailed email of your order. (Due to PayPal discontinuing the Referral program, we will no longer be able to accept referrals from you, our customers. Thank you for participating with the program!)


#3: You can phone your order to us with your credit card number. (US customers only. Sorry.) 714-892-4022 We'll take your order and credit card information over the phone.
